Waiting for 2.4
I've never been one to rush right out to the PTRs to see all the uber-cool stuff coming in the next patch. I just hear about it through the grape vine and wait till it comes to me. However, I just thought I'd share a couple things that I'm most looking forward to:
1) The Isle of Quel'Danas, AKA, the Sunwell. I know I'll never see the 25-man, but I'm definitely excited for a new 5-man, as well as a bigger variety of daily quests.
2) Speaking of daily quests, hurrah for fishing! The cooking quest is one that I make sure I do every day, even if I don't do my other dailies, and I suspect the fishing one will be very similar.
3) Spirit-Based Mana Regeneration: This system has been adjusted so that as your intellect rises, you will regenerate more mana per point of spirit. This doesn't really affect Nas too much, but will be nice for when I make Kali resto, and a nice buff for all spirit-stacking classes. It should make intellect more worthwhile than it is now, to increase the size of your mana pool, knowing that your spirit-based regen will scale with it.
And one other patch note that I'm not looking forward to, but just found too amusing not to share:
Monstrous Kaliri have learned how to chase players going straight up.
Okay, so anyone with a level 70 probably knows this, but if you start getting attacked by one of the birds in Skettis, you used to be able to fly straight up, and they wouldn't hit you, and would eventually just break combat. Apparently, this will no longer be the case.
But the thing I think is just hilarious is the wording. They didn't list it as a bug fix, saying, "Monstrous Kaliri will now chase players going straight up." No, it says they learned how to do it. They LEARNED!
So now what I'm picturing in my mind is that those crazy-smart birds all got together, figured out how us pesky bombers kept getting away from them, and then came up with a solution to get around it. I just thought that was too funny.

Hi Nasirah, long time reader first time comment. I just realized in your About Me section that it says you reside in Peoria, IL. I live in Pekin! I had no idea haha. :) Thanks for the great list of gear, I wish I had something like this to go by when I was gearing up in raids and such. Anyhow, we'll have to meet up sometime and talk Druid!
